Sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 507 Administration Bldg., 138 East Court St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on August 13, 2015 and will be read at that time for ITB# 045-15 – The Banks – Phase 3A Public Infrastructure Development – Parking Garage and Streetgrid Bid Package #2.

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON JULY 23, 2015 AT 10:00AM, AT COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING (MEET AT: ROOM 605) CINCINNATI, OH 45202.

This is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated budget is $11,533,000.00 for Concrete and Plumbing. Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the ARC, 7157 E.
