A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD 1:00 PM ON DECEMBER 2, 2015 AT HAMILTON COUNTY GENERAL HEALTH DISTRICT, 250 WILLIAM HOWARD TAFT, CINCINNATI, OHIO 45219.
