Electronic or sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 507 Administration Bldg., 138 East Court St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on February 9, 2016 and will be read at that time for ITB# 005-16 – Great American Ball Park (GABP) Concrete and Waterproofing Project.

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD 10:00 AM ON JANUARY 28, 2016 AT 100 JOE NUXHALL WAY, CINCINNATI, OHIO 45202-4109 (MEET AT: GABP MAIN SECURITY OFFICE).

This is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated budget is General Construction $170,000.00. Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, or they may be electronically retrieved by accessing the following web site: http://www.hamilton-co.org/purchasing/.
