Main Sewer Renewal Program 2016

SEALED BIDS will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati ("MSDGC") by the City of Cincinnati (the "City"), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of the MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:

UNTIL 12:00 PM on Tuesday, March 1, 2016

at which time said bids will be OPENED and publicly READ for construction of the above named project. Bidders must deliver their bid to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

Bidders will also need to make arrangements to get the thumb drive by stopping by and picking one up or calling and making arrangements to have one mailed (at your expense).

Questions on this project or any part of the Contract Documents must be sent via e-mail to [email protected] by the established deadline. The deadline for questions is 1200 PM local time on Tuesday, February 23, 2016.

In general, his project consists of rehabilitating approximately 44,035 linear feet of existing sanitary and combined sewers, cleaning and televising all sewer sections, re-establishing approximately 718 service lateral connections, and making various point repairs as required to facilitate lining. The project is located in various neighborhoods, in the City of Cincinnati and in Hamilton, County, Ohio.

The estimated cost of construction for the Main Sewer Renewal Program 2016 is: $6,000,000.00.

Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. This project will utilize Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) funding.

Electronic or sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 507 Administration Bldg., 138 East Court St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on February 17, 2016 and will be read at that time for ITB#013-16 – Debt Collection Services.
