INVITATION TO BID
CONTAINERIZED REFUSE 
DISPOSAL SERVICES
Sealed bids will be received by Great Parks of Hamilton County (GPHC) for CONTAINERIZED REFUSE DISPOSAL SERVICES, as set forth in the bid document and specifications. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly designated on the outside of the envelope with the bid name. Bids must be submitted to GPHC, 10245 Winton Rd, by 10:00 am on Friday, December 16, 2016.

If the bid is accepted, the successful bidder shall execute a contract in conformity to the bid. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date.
In order to protect the integrity of the bidding process, bids shall not be prepared, completed or altered on the premises of Great Parks of Hamilton County. Any bid which is prepared, completed or altered on the premises shall be immediately disqualified and receive no further consideration for award.
Bids shall be publicly opened, at Great Parks of Hamilton County Winton Centre, starting at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 16, 2016. All bids will be opened and read. Bids, unless otherwise provided herein, are subject to the Public Records Law, Section 149.43 of the Ohio Revised Code. Copies of bid responses must be requested and will be provided within a reasonable period of time and at a fee established by the Great Parks of Hamilton County.
BIDDERS MAY REQUEST CLARIFICATION: If any bidder discovers an inconsistency, error, or omission in this ITB, the bidder should request clarification. Any pre-bid questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing and received no later than three (3) business days before the scheduled opening date. The issuance of an addendum is dependent upon the information received and the impact on the competitive bid process.

In general, the Project includes construction of 3,163 feet of 12-42” storm sewer and 1,672 feet of 12-27” sanitary sewer with associated manholes and inlets; and 200 feet of water line relocation. The project is located in South Fairmont and West Price Hill, in the City of Cincinnati in Hamilton, County, Ohio.
The estimated cost of construction for the White Street Area Sewer Separation  project is: $2,239,900.00.
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. This project will utilize Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) funding.

The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $681,000.00.
