Sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 507 Administration Bldg., 138 East Court St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on February 13, 2017 and will be read at that time for ITB# 003-17 – Paul Brown Stadium – 2017 Concrete and Waterproofing Repairs.

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON FEBRUARY 1, 2017 AT 10:00AM, AT 1 PAUL BROWN STADIUM, CINCINNATI, OHIO 45202 (MEET AT: SECURITY OFFICE).

This is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated budget is $200,000.00 General Construction.  Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the ARC, 7157 E. Kemper Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45241 or they may be electronically retrieved by accessing the following web site – http://www.hamilton-co.org/purchasing/.
