SEALED BIDS will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of the MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:

UNTIL 12:00 PM on Friday, March 10, 2017

at which time said bids will be OPENED and publicly READ for construction of the above named project. Bidders must deliver their bid to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

As of 2/17/2017,  Bidders may download Contract Documents from  the Open Data Cincinnati  website and should frequently return to the site to monitor for project-specific updates and addenda.  https://data.cincinnati-oh.gov   ; (Once there simply click on the piggybank icon and then select “Procurement Opportunities and Contract Awards”)

In general,  the work consists of construction of five 6-inch diameter sanitary sewer lateral conduits, each with related sewer appurtenances and  having a length of approximately 60 feet:  the first conduit of which is to serve 8217 Woodruff Road (Project 10470031); the second conduit of which is to serve 8263 Woodruff Road (Project 10470032); the third conduit of which is to serve 8253 Woodruff Road (Project 10470033); the fourth conduit of which is to serve 8273 Woodruff Road (Project 10470034); and the fifth conduit of which is to serve 8237 Woodruff Road (Project 10470035).

The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $175,229.00 TOTAL 10470031 is $35,527.00 – 10470032 is $34,485.00 – 10470033 is $35,527.00 – 10470034 is $34,163.00 – 10470035 is $35,527.00.

Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents.
