SEALED BIDS will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of the MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:

at which time said bids will be OPENED and publicly READ for construction of the above named project. Bidders must deliver their bid to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

In general, the work consists of abatement of asbestos containing materials and demolition of 25 buildings (11 commercial & 15 residential) The project is located in South Fairmount, in the City of Cincinnati in Hamilton, County, Ohio.
The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $1,492,273.00.
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Proposals will be received at Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 507 Administration Bldg., 138 East Court Street Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on May 1, 2017 and will be read at that time for RFQ #017-17 – Construction Manager Providing Construction Management At Risk (CMR) Services for Coroner/Crime Lab Facility.
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD 9:00 AM ON APRIL 11, 2017 AT COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 138 EAST COURT STREET, CINCINNATI, OHIO 45202 (6TH FLOOR - ROOM 605).
