Comprehensive Master Plan

Great Parks of Hamilton County (GPHC) is requesting Letter of Interest submittals from qualified consulting firms or teams to provide professional services for the development of a Comprehensive Master Plan for the current 2017-2026 levy cycle.

The purpose of the master plan is to develop a comprehensive strategy for GPHC parks, facilities, programs and services that address the community’s demographic, social and health and wellness needs, including assessment of current services and facilities.  The plan will serve as the agency’s guide for the 2017-2026 levy cycle.

Letter of Interest submittals are due Friday, May 5, 2017 by 4 p.m. Proposals shall be submitted in one (1) letter size bound hard copy and in a digital file PDF format.  Proposal files shall contain the firm’s name and “GPHC Comprehensive Master Plan RFLOI” in the file name. Hard copy and digital file submittals may be mailed or hand delivered but it is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure the submittal has been received by the deadline.
