SEALED BIDS will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of the MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:
UNTIL 12:00 PM on Thursday, July 13 26, 2017
at which time said bids will be OPENED and publicly READ for construction of the above named project. Bidders must deliver their bid to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

In general, the work consists of construction of 150-feet of 12-inch sewer, 479 feet of 18-inch sewer, 713 feet of 24-inch sewer (145 feet by jack and bore method), and associated manholes.
The project is located in Walnut Hills, in the City of Cincinnati in Hamilton, County, Ohio.
The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $650,000.00.
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents.
