SEALED PROPOSALS will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:

A brief description of the services sought:
MSDGC is reviewing the regulations for stormwater connections to the combined sewer system to address CSO and basement flooding issues. MSDGC is also considering incorporating the use of Best Management Practices (BMPs) into its proposed regulations. The intent of the proposal is to create a design manual for BMPs used to help reduce CSO discharges to waterways during small storms and reduce the magnitude of surface and basement flooding during larger storm events.
This project will create a stormwater Best Management Practices Design Standards Manual for use by MSDGC and the development community as a guiding document to implement the proposed regulations on stormwater connections to the combined sewer.
