Electronic or sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 507 Administration Bldg., 138 East Court St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on August 31, 2017 and will be read at that time for ITB# 037-17– Hamilton County Facilities Fire & Smoke Damper Testing.

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD 8:00 AM ON AUGUST 1, 2017 AT THE HAMILTON COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 1000 MAIN STREET, CINCINNATI, OHIO 45202– LOBBY.  Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, or they may be electronically retrieved by accessing the following web site:   http://www.hamilton-co.org/purchasing/.
