Sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 507 Administration Bldg., 138 East Court St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on October 12, 2017 and will be read at that time for ITB# 047-17 – Hamilton County – Courthouse AHU 51, 53 & 54 Replacement Project.
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2017 AT 1:30 P. M., AT 1000 MAIN STREET (MEET AT: LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE) CINCINNATI, OH 45202.
This is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated budget is General Construction $160,000.00. Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the ARC, 7157 E. SEALED BIDS will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of the MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:

at which time said bids will be OPENED and publicly READ for construction of the above named project. Bidders must deliver their bid to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

In general, the work consists of construction of approximately 41 lineal feet of 6-inch sanitary sewer conduit and related sewer appurtenances to serve 7146 Althaus Road.

The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $37,345.00
