SEALED BIDS will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of the MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:

UNTIL 12:00 PM on Monday, September 25, 2107

at which time said bids will be OPENED and publicly READ for construction of the above named project. Bidders must deliver their bid to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

In general, the work is for repair and new installation of chain link fence, motorized and manual operated gates and gate openers, and related items as described herein, at various MSD treatment plants, pump stations, or other properties owned or managed by the City of Cincinnati. LOCATION: Various MSD Locations, in Hamilton County, Ohio

The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $105,000.00

Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents.
