A brief description of the services sought:
The Watershed Operations Division of MSDGC maintains over 600 level and flow sensors in the sanitary and combined sewer systems of Hamilton County each year. The Division has transitioned all data collection to remote telemetry and integrated the majority with the Wet-Weather SCADA system to optimize the control of wet-weather facilities.  Remote monitoring now supports operational decisions, which need real-time data from critical points to optimize the management of controllable assets within the collection system.
This RFQ will provide data analysis and field services to support the Quality Assurance and Control of the flow and level data. MSDGC currently has two major flow monitoring service providers: ADS, LLC, and Stantec Consulting, Inc. This contract will provide support services to review data and field procedures related to their work.
As a portion of this work will involve detailed field measurements of structures and flow levels and velocities, the Offeror must have field crews not only capable of performing confined space entry (CSE), but also experienced with the installation and maintenance of flow monitoring equipment.
