 INVITATION FOR BID

Sealed proposals shall be addressed to and will be received by the Fiscal Officer of Green Township at the Administrative Complex, 6303 Harrison Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45247-6498 until January 26, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. for the following Township work Green Township Ham-Harrison Avenue Bike Path & Harrison Avenue Bike Path Phase 1C Clearing Contract.  Detail information for the work may be obtained at the Office of the Assistant Director of Public Services. Furnishing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for Green Township Ham-Harrison Avenue Bike Path & Harrison Avenue Bike Path Phase 1C Clearing Contract
All work is to conform to current State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Materials Specifications with supplements and changes thereto.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a hundred percent bid guarantee bond or a certified check, cashier’s check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten percent of the bid, conditioned that the bidder shall, if his bid is accepted, execute a contract in conformity to the invitation and his bid.
Bidders must use the printed forms provided.
The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent of the total bid price, conditioned according to the law.
Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity.  
All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor’s Executive Order of 1972, and Governor’s Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.
Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the (Green Township, Hamilton County), Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239
The Trustees of Green Township, Hamilton County, Ohio, reserve the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any part thereof.

Triple Creek - 2018 Pavement Resurfacing
Sealed bids, in duplicate, will be received by the Board of Park Commissioners of Great Parks of Hamilton County at the Winton Centre, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 for the Triple Creek - 2018 Pavement Resurfacing located at Triple Creek Park, 2700 Buell Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45251 as set forth in the Drawings and Specifications.
The project consists of performing partial and full depth asphalt pavement repairs, and construction of approximately 80,000 square feet of a ½” asphalt overlay. Project also includes installing concrete parking blocks and pavement markings.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly designated on the outside of envelope with the project name. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at the Winton Centre.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the project site.
Bidding Documents may be viewed at McGraw-Hill Construction Dodge and ACI plan rooms. The legal advertisement may be viewed at www.greatparks.org.
Bidding documents shall be obtained from ARC Document Solutions, 7157 East Kemper Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249, 513-326-2300, at contrator’s expense (no refunds).
Contracts for work under this bid will obligate all Contractors to comply with prevailing wage rates established by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Industrial Compliance, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration.
Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee and Performance Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal, including add alternates. In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, including add alternates. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date.
Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
