This bid is for (3) locations where a vendor must have a valid fill permit issued by the proper authority for the jurisdiction in which the fill site is located. The vendor site must be open 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at least five days a week to receive clean fill form City Departments. Clean fill disposal shall consist of dirt, sand, gravel, fractured concrete and fractured asphalt that is not required to go to a construction and demolition dump.
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents.
