SEALED BIDS will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of the MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:

at which time said bids will be OPENED and publicly READ for construction of the above named project. Bidders must deliver their bid to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

In general, the work consists of construction of two 6-inch diameter sanitary sewer lateral conduits, each with related sewer appurtenances and having a length of approximately 22 feet: the first conduit of which is to serve 11258 Enyart Road; the second conduit is to serve 11262 Enyart Road.
The project is located in Symmes Township in Hamilton, County, Ohio.
The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $77,300.00
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents.
