The City will conduct a pre-bid meeting for this Project.  The meeting will be on 8-1-18  from 10:30 – 12:00 in the Little Miami WWTP lunchroom.  The address is 225 Wilmer Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45226.
In general, the work includes partial demolition and reconstruction of the existing overflow chamber (a.k.a Shore Box) at the westerly terminus of Lumsden Street at the edge of the Ohio River, improvements to two existing manholes, installation of inline check valves to existing storm sewer conduits to prevent back flow during elevated Ohio River stage, and removal of the existing sampling and metering chamber concrete lid and replacement with a precast unit.
The project is located in the East End, in the City of Cincinnati in Hamilton, County, Ohio.
The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $198,500.00.

The existing pump station will be decommissioned and the existing force main on Westonridge Drive will be filled, sealed and abandoned.
