SEALED Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:

Offerors must deliver their SOQs to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

A brief description of the services sought:
The Metropolitan Sewer District, as part of the Consent Decree, maintains several hundred flow monitors throughout the collection system.  These support a variety of projects and operational needs.  This contract is to install flow monitors and other equipment, calibrate and maintain equipment, troubleshoot field problems, process data, provide engineering review, assist with regulatory reporting related to this data, and assist MSD with the development of new technologies. This is part of an ongoing program that MSDGC has maintained for over 20 years.  As such, MSD requires experienced data analytics and field crews to ensure data accuracy and assist with the maintenance of this equipment.
The following are the tasks/deliverables to be performed:
1. Install, calibrate and maintain flow monitors throughout the MSD collection system.
2. Input all field and review records into MSD’s FlowFinity database.
3. Review data in the telemetry system, data warehouse and SCADA system
4. Provide the necessary equipment to perform the work and, when directed, the sensors, data-loggers and telemetry
5. Assist MSD with the development of new technologies including field services, parts, special fabrication and troubleshooting.
Assist with other data collection programs.

Great Parks of Hamilton County will use the Time & Materials Bids to contract for individual projects, minor repair work and emergency work. A typical project schedule is 30 days and has a budget up to $25,000.
The 2019 Time & Materials Bid Request document can be found on our website greatparks.org.   A separate 2019 Bid Sheet must be completed for each trade that applies. 
2019 Time and Materials Bids are due Thursday, December 20, 2018 by 12 p.m.  The entire signed and initialed 2019 Time and Materials Bid document, including any additional documents provided by the Contractor, shall be submitted to Shawnessee Ference, Planning Administrator at [email protected]
