A brief description of the services sought:
The Watershed Operations Division of MSDGC maintains over 600 level and flow sensors in the sanitary and combined sewer systems of Hamilton County each year.   The Division has transitioned all data collection to remote telemetry and integrated the majority with the Wet-Weather SCADA system to optimize the control of wet-weather facilities.  Remote monitoring now supports operational decisions, which need real-time data from critical points to optimize the management of controllable assets within the collection system.
This RFQ will provide support to the flow monitoring operations. Services include but are not limited to: providing non-modeling analysis of data, reporting of storm volumes, analysis of flows and RTC operations, evaluation of data from various technologies, support of the modeling group, and data processing services.
This RFQ is not for QA/QC of data, actual modeling services, or field services.
