Questions on this project or any part of the Contract Documents must be sent via e-mail to [email protected] by the established deadline. The deadline for questions is 1200 PM local time on Friday, April 26, 2019.
The City will conduct a pre-bid meeting on Thursday, April 11, 2019, at 10:00 AM at the Metropolitan Sewer Districts’ Education Center, 1035 Woodrow Street, Cincinnati, OH, 45204 in rooms 209 and 210.  Then the meeting will move to the project site at 5723 Muddy Creek Road, Cincinnati, OH, 45233.
In general, construction work at the existing diversion chamber, bypass channel, and the existing HRT facility includes: installation of a new wall and emergency relief gates.  HRT facility construction work includes: removal of existing gate and installation of new underflow regulating gate and actuator; removal of two existing vertical screens and installation of a new horizontal effluent screen; installation of new disinfection system; various plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, and controls improvements, and other work.
The project is located in Green Township in Hamilton, County, Ohio.
The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $4,480,776.00
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. This project will utilize Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) funding.
