In general, Annual RATA test for CO, SO2, oxygen (wet and dry) and flow monitors. Contractor is to prepare the test protocol, coordinate with Ohio EPA, perform RATA, analyze results, submit final reports within 30 days and coordinate with Mill Creek operating personnel as necessary to prepare for, setup and run the tests. The incinerators, stack test ports and CEMS units are located in the Incinerator building at the Mill Creek WWTP at 1600 Gest St. Cincinnati, Ohio, 45204.
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents.
