REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Services for Hazardous Material Handling - Waste Removal and Emergency Response

SEALED Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:

Offerors must deliver their SOQs to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

A brief description of the services sought:
The Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati – MSDGC, has the need for packaging, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste. The Contractor shall provide necessary hazardous waste, universal waste, used oil, TSCA regulated waste and special waste removal services for three years, with the possibility of two (2) twelve (12) month renewal periods at the end of the three-year term. The City expects all Contractors to fully comprehend applicable current laws, regulations, and standards and have a means to stay abreast of upcoming proposed and final changes to any applicable laws, regulations, and standards. All Contractors shall perform work in accordance with Industry Standards and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
MSDGC is issuing this Request for Qualifications (hereinafter referred to as “RFQ”) from Contractors for the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the packaging, transportation, and disposal of MSDGC or City generated hazardous waste on an as-needed basis.
