A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON October 29, 2019 AT 1:30PM, AT THE CHERYL PHIPPS SUPPORT CENTER (MEET AT:) 1520 MADISON ROAD, CINCINNATI, OH 45206.
