LITTLE MIAMI WWTP SOLIDS DISPOSAL WITH ODOR CONTROL

PROJECT ID NO. 10281100

The Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSDGC) awarded the above referenced Progressive Design-Build project to Jacobs Project Management Co. (Jacobs) on December 22, 2022 to provide Design and Preconstruction Services, with the anticipation of securing authorization to advance to the Construction period at a later date. In order to meet the project’s schedule, Jacobs is currently soliciting materials, equipment and manufacturer’s services related to the Cogeneration Engine Systems.

MSDGC is pursuing the energy credit under Section 48 of the Internal Revenue Code in its construction and development of the project and is pursuing compliance with the domestic content requirements set forth in Section 48(a)(12) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) and Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Notice 2023-38.

The procurement process is managed exclusively through Jacobs. Bidders must contact Jacobs via email at Dick.Richardson@jacobs.com to obtain the bid documents, ask questions, and submit their proposal.

Bids are due 12:00 PM ET on August 22, 2024.

In general, the scope of work includes complete furnish and delivery of Cogeneration Engine Systems as specified in the bid documents and all required accessories and services. Bidders must contact Jacobs via email at Dick.Richardson@jacobs.com to obtain the bid documents.

The work takes place in City of Cincinnati’s East End neighborhood in Hamilton County, Ohio
