PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF GOLF CARTS
Request for Proposal will be received by the Board of Park Commissioners of the Great Parks of Hamilton County at the Winton Centre, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 for PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF GOLF CARTS as set forth in the specifications. Separate bids will be accepted for the purchase and delivery of golf carts as set forth in the bid document. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly designated on the outside of envelope with the project name. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 1 p.m., on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at the Winton Centre.

PURCHASE OF HAY, DELIVERY and STACKING
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Park Commissioners of Great Parks of Hamilton County at the Winton Centre, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 for the PURCHASE OF HAY including DELIVERY and STACKING, as set forth in the specifications. Separate bids will be accepted for the purchase, delivery and stacking of high-quality alfalfa/grass mix hay, in accordance with the specified delivery schedule and quality conditions. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly designated on the outside of envelope with 2025 HAY BID. Bids shall be opened and read aloud at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at the Winton Centre.

Bidding documents can be obtained at Great Parks of Hamilton County at the Winton Centre, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231, during regular business hours or viewed on the Great Parks website www.greatparks.org.
If the bid is accepted, the successful bidder shall execute a contract in conformity to the invitation and the bid. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date.
