The City will conduct a pre-bid meeting for this Project. The date, time and location of the pre-bid meeting will be identified on the project’s web page and will be identified in an addendum.
This project is to abandon and demolish portions (inlet channels, vortex separator, and both retention basins) of the existing Daly Road Treatment Facility, while retaining its existing regulator to control downstream underflow capacity.
This project is located in Springfield Township, on Daly Road, north of Galbraith Road, in Hamilton County, Ohio.
If a contract is awarded, it will be done so in accordance with the Contract Documents, including the method of award identified in Section H of the Instructions to Bidders in Section 00 21 13. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, or to advertise for new bids, if the best interests of the City will be promoted thereby.
The established SBE Participation Goal for this project is: 10%.

Digital Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at the following website:

A brief description of the services sought:
The Muddy Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (MUWWTP) utilizes an ultraviolet radiation (UV) system to disinfect secondary effluent before discharging to the Ohio River. The existing system was installed in 2002 and it is beyond its estimated useful life and obsolete. The proposed project will evaluate alternatives to replace the existing UV system and related equipment to meet the future needs of the plant.
It is anticipated that professional engineering and related consulting services shall be provided to support the referenced project during the study, planning, design, and construction phases.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 138 East Court St., (Room 507) Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00AM on September 3, 2024, and will be read at that time for ITB# 064-24 – Dane Animal Shelter Interior Renovations.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on August 6, 2024, at 11:00a.m., at the Dane Animal Shelter, 4210 Dane Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45223.
This is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated budget is $2,425,500.
