Engineering Partner for Professional Design and Consulting Design Services

Great Parks of Hamilton County (GPHC) is requesting Statement of Qualifications submittals from consultants to provide professional design services as an “Engineering Partner” to the Division of Planning for design, consulting, and/or project management services for projects managed by Great Parks.
The Engineering Partner will provide design and consulting services related to new construction and maintenance of existing park facilities as requested, including civil, architectural, environmental, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services; surveying (topographical, utility and boundary), cultural resource evaluations, landscape architectural, and/or permitting and code consulting services for each project. GPHC will enter into a two-year contract with an optional one-year renewal. Time frame for the contract is September 2, 2025, to August 31, 2027.
All consultants submitting a Statement of Qualifications shall register by providing the firm’s name and project contact information to Madison Stanley at mstanley@greatparks.org by Friday April 11, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. The complete Request for Statement of Qualifications packet will be available at greatparks.org/administration/documents.
Any questions should be submitted in writing by email to Madison Stanley at mstanley@greatparks.org by Wednesday April 16, 2025 by 4:00 pm. Answers to questions will be sent to all consultant teams that have registered.
Statement of Qualifications submittals are due Friday May 2, 2025, by 4:00 pm. Submittals shall be limited to 40 single-sided pages and provided in PDF format via email to Madison Stanley at mstanley@greatparks.org. Submittal files shall contain the firm’s name and “Engineering Partner” in the file name. Files over 20 MB shall be provided via link to a file sharing service.
