The object of this case is to foreclose on the real estate located in Hamilton County, more particularly described as follows:
Situated in the Township of Springfield, County of Hamilton, State of Ohio being known, numbered and designated as Lot No. 199 of the Lincoln Heights Subdivision, in Section 3, Township 3, entire Range I, Miami Purchase, a plat of which subdivision is recorded in Plat Book 31, Pages 14 and 15 of the Records of Hamilton County, Ohio Recorder’s Office. Also the following described real estate: An undivided interest in an to Lot No. 198 of Lincoln Heights Subdivision, being in Springfield Township, Hamilton County. State of Ohio, recorded in Plat Book 31 at pages 14 and 15.

The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said lien, the marshalling of any other liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
You are required to answer the Amended Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for three consecutive weeks. The last publication will be made on October 31, 2024 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date.
