Great Parks of Hamilton County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consulting firms or teams to provide professional design services for the Werk Road Park Improvements project. The project location is in Cincinnati’s Westwood neighborhood at 2918 Werk Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.

This project will establish a new Great Park and improve guest access and amenities at the Werk Road Park Property while preserving and restoring the natural environment and sharing the cultural history of the site. The project consists of site improvements, adaptive reuse of historic buildings, and new building construction.

All consultants submitting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) shall register by providing the firm’s name and project contact information to Melissa Reddy at melissareddy@greatparks.org by January 17 at 4 p.m. EST. Consultants are encouraged to register as soon as possible.

Any questions prior to the deadline should be submitted in writing by email to Melissa Reddy at melissareddy@greatparks.org by January 17 at 4 p.m. EST. Questions will be answered in a Q&A document emailed to all registrants no later than 2 days before the response deadline.

SOQ submittals are due by January 24 at 4 p.m. EST. Submittals shall be provided in PDF format via email to Melissa Reddy at melissareddy@greatparks.org. Submittal filenames shall contain “Werk Road Park SOQ - PDS” and the firm’s name. Submittal length shall be limited to 30 single-sided pages of content (excluding cover page, table of contents and dividers between sections).  Files over 20MB shall be provided via link to a file-sharing service.
