INVITATION TO BID
CITY OF SHARONVILLE, HAMILTON COUNTY
Sealed bid proposals for the 2025 Sharonville Kemper Road Side Path Improvements will be received at the office of the Safety/Service Director, Sharonville Municipal Building, 10900 Reading Road, Sharonville, Ohio 45241 until 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, and at the said time and place, publicly opened and read aloud.
The project includes the resurfacing of approximately 1.4 miles of shared-use path along the south side of Kemper Road, between Mosteller Road and US42. Associated improvements include the addition and/or modification of pavement markings, signage, traffic signal equipment and storm sewers.

Each bidder is required to submit with his proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with 153.54 and 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code, or certified check equal in amount to ten percent (10%) of the base bid. The bidder to who the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Should the bid be rejected, such check or bond will be returned forthwith.
All proposals shall be made and properly executed on proposal forms as issued by the City and bound together with other documents and specifications. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. All work shall be completed and acceptable by December 1st, 2025. After opening of bids, no bid can be withdrawn for 60 days.
All Federal, State, County and City laws pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity and Prevailing Wage shall apply where applicable.
The Safety/Service Director reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.

Sealed Proposals endorsed “2025 Deer Park Street and Linden Ave Improvements” will be received at the office of the City Manager, City of Deer Park, Ohio, until eleven (11) o’clock am Local Time, on Thursday, May 8, 2025, and at that time publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chamber of the City of Deer Park for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the construction, all in accordance with the bid documents and specifications to be made available April 24, 2025.
The project includes total replacement on Quarter Maine Ave and milling and resurfacing on Hoffman St, Webster Ave, and Linden Ave within Deer Park. Related work includes full depth pavement repairs, curb, curb ramp, and walk replacement along with storm sewer, water service, and pavement markings.

All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor’s Executive Order of 1972, and Governor’s Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.
The Council of the City of Deer Park shall authorize acceptance of the bid made by the responsible bidder who, in Council’s judgment, offers the best and most responsive proposal to the City, considering quality, service, performance record, and price; or Council may direct the rejection of all bids. Council may waive any irregularities and reject any or all bids.
